A HOYLAND Common woman left more than £20,000 in her will to help her favourite charity.
Jean Higgs, who died at the age of 83 last April, left £20,264 to Yorkshire Cancer Research.
Jean, of Saville Court, was a lifelong supporter of the charity and organised an annual fundraising walk in Hoyland Common.
