BARNSLEY College vice principal Phil Briscoe swapped his suit for a hi-vis jacket to mark National Apprenticeship Week.
Phil rolled up his sleeves and spent a shift on the factory floor at charity food distributor FareShare Yorkshire in Wombwell.
He spent the morning helping staff load the vans ready to be dropped off at locations across the region.
