A JUMP START has been given to the health of villagers thanks to a new defibrillator at Jump WMC.
The unit, paid for by members of Christian organisation Toc-H’s Barnsley and Saltburn branches, will be located within the club, on Wentworth Road.
Twelve club members will also be taking part in a first aid course, thanks to funding from the Rockingham and Milton Ward Alliance.
Saltburn Toc-H provided £750 towards the funding after the Barnsley branch assisted with war memorial repairs in their seaside resort.
