TWO talented Barnsley College students have joined local company, Target to gain valuable work experience to pursue careers in software development.
Two of the top three on their course, Ashley Sherwood, 20, and Ceirion Wheatman, 20, will be working alongside the software development team whilst studying for higher national diploma in computing and systems development at University Campus Barnsley.
Based at the Barnsley Business and Innovation Centre, Target is keen to help and nurture local talent to provide a career path and build valuable job-specific skills that are desirable in the IT industry.
