A NEWLYWED diagnosed with a brain tumour weeks after coming home from honeymoon is celebrating after he was told it has shrunk.

Craig Nettleship was told he had a grade three malignant brain tumour in August 2014 just weeks after he married wife Claire.

He underwent 31 sessions of radiotherapy which caused him to lose his hair and an operation to remove as much of the tumour as possible.

Craig, 30, of Queensway, Hoyland, said: “The tumour hasn’t grown, it’s actually got smaller which is a good thing.”
