PATIENTS at Barnsley Hospice are to benefit from a new hypnotherapy service.
Hypnotherapy is now being offered to help patients adapt to living with a palliative diagnosis.
Ken Scott is a volunteer at the hospice and a specialist clinical hypnotherapist.
Ken said: “When my brother-in-law Stan died from prostate cancer and I saw the care he received in the local hospice, my thoughts turned to how I could give something back in return for the help the hospice provided.”
