TALENTED, determined, brave and creative.

That’s Barnsley girl Rebecca Constable who has won a top award in Nottingham where she is presently studying.

Rebecca, 19, whose family live at Swaithe View, Worsbrough Dale, won a Young creative Awards 2016 in Nottingham, in which she won the creative writing category 19-24 years and overall young creative award 2016.

To win the prize - a work experience placement and £250 - wrote a piece on someone pushing themselves to over come dyslexia.

And what makes her work even more impressive is that is exactly what she did herself.
