A MAJOR review of all libraries across the borough is to begin next month as the council looks to save £165,000 from the libraries budget by 2020, the Chronicle can reveal.
Bosses within the library service have said the review aims to modernise the service and will ‘not necessarily’ mean any on the borough’s 15 libraries will have to close.
