THREE driving instructors with almost 100 years’ experience behind the wheel celebrated retirement on Saturday.
Instructors Al Cross, who has worked nearly 40 years, Alan Shepherd, who has worked 33 years and Paul Watson, who has worked 14 years in in teaching people to drive enjoyed entertainment from local singer Holly Tandy at their retirement bash.
The event was organised by the Barnsley Driving Instructors Association (BDIA) at the Fairway, Dodworth.
