Promotion winning winger Lloyd Isgrove has returned to Barnsley on a free transfer.
Isgrove, 24, was a free agent after leaving boyhood club Southampton at the end of the season. He has signed a three-year contract with Barnsley.
Welsh international Isgrove was a popular loanee with The Reds in their remarkable double winning season and netted in the play-off final against Millwall.
The energetic midfielder adds to Paul Heckingbottom's attacking options ahead of the Reds' pre-season games which will follow a week-long training camp in Hungary.
