A BARNSLEY man denied charges of harassment and causing disturbance at a Barnsley Primary School.
Christopher Bingley, 49, from Kendal Vale, Worsbrough Bridge, denied the charges at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court.
He is charged with pursuing a course of conduct between February 16 last year and April 27 this year which amounted to the harassment of Ward Green Primary headteacher Michelle Binns, by circulating derogatory and defamatory material and being aggressive on school premises.
He is also charged with causing nuisance on school premises between December 14 last year and May 9 this year at the Vernon Road school.
Mr Bingley was granted unconditional bail until he returns to Barnsley Magistrates’ Court for trial on January 8.
