THE death of a 40-year-old man in Tankersley is not being treated as suspicious, police have confirmed.
Officers were called to a property in Fenn Road in Tankersley at 1.05pm on Sunday.
An investigation was launched to establish the circumstances surrounding the death, but it is no longer being treated as suspicious.
A post mortem examination was conducted on Monday, and proved inconclusive. Further tests will now be carried out.
A 22-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released from the investigation.
