A BARNSLEY beauty is fulfilling her dream after gaining her first professional acting role.
Former Chronicle Face of Barnsley winner Soshain Shehadeh, of Doles Crescent, Royston has landed a role in a pantomime.
She is starring as 'Fairy Bow Bells' in Dick Whittington at the Academy Theatre, Birdwell in the run up to Christmas.
The curtain raised on Tuesday and now the first night nerves have gone Soshain, 20, will be inviting her family to come and watch her in action.
She said: "I was supposed to be going to drama school in London but got this audition through. I went on the off chance and didn't expect to get it so I was shocked when they told me."
