THE trial of a man who denies attempted robbery and the possession of an imitation firearm is due to end next week.

Ben Unwin, 28, has been appearing at Sheffield Crown Court this week in relation to an incident at a shop on Park Road, near Locke Park, Barnsley, on October 15.

Unwin, of Burman Road, Wath-upon-Dearne, denies both charges.
