A YORKSHIRE law firm has returned to Barnsley after 30 years.
Ison Harrison has opened its 14th Yorkshire-based branch on Regent Street.
The firm previously had offices in both Cudworth and Goldthorpe in the 1980s, but has now opened a new office in the town centre.
It is overseen by clinical negligence solicitor Anne Robertson who lives and now works in Barnsley.
“Naturally I’m delighted that Barnsley has been selected as the latest addition to Ison Harrison’s growing number of regional offices as I know the area so well and understand its requirements from a business perspective,” she said.
“Living and now working in Barnsley presents a very exciting opportunity and I am pleased to help Ison Harrison continue its network expansion throughout Yorkshire.”
Jonathan Wearing, the managing partner, added: “Our expansion throughout the region continues with this latest office launch into South Yorkshire, helping us to further boost the firm’s regional footprint.
“We’re eager to get involved in local community activities in Barnsley and to begin providing the expert legal services for which we are well known across the region.”
