A RESIDENTIAL development is set to take place in Bolton on Dearne despite strong opposition from local residents.
Plans have been approved for 50 houses, car parking and the creation of public open space on the former Addspace factory on Lowfield Road.
More than 150 letters of objection have been submitted to the planning board. Residents said Lowfield Road was a semi rural community separate from Bolton on Dearne and the size of the development would have a negative impact.
