SUPERMARKET chain Aldi is hoping to create 60 jobs in Barugh Green if a planning application is approved for a store.
Planning permission has already been granted for a mixed-use development on a disused site behind the Chestnut Tree pub on Claycliffe Road.
However, Aldi is now applying to amend the plans to include the new supermarket alongside smaller retail shops rather than building office units.
