Shania Rimmington’s injuries may look life-threatening but the young actor has made a full recovery.
The Athersley South Primary pupil played a drink-drive victim in new medical drama Monroe, staring James Nesbitt, which airs this week.The 11-year-old, who has been going to drama school Tykes 2000 for less than a year, said she enjoyed making her acting debut.
Mum Debbie, of Dale Close, Athersley South, said: “It looked so real, it was very gruesome.”
