A playground turned into a battlefield when three military vehicles rolled up yesterday.
Pupils at Milefield Primary, Grimethorpe, were surprised to see an armoured personnel carrier, ammunitions transporter and parachute bike.
Shaun Murphy, 45, of Park View, Brierley, amazed youngsters when he brought his collection to show them.
It was organised as part of their project on the Second World War.
