Darfield Valley Primary has been deemed 'satisfactory' for the first time in two years following an Ofsted inspection.
It was placed in 'special measures' - the lowest category of school - in January 2010 but the latest report, released on Tuesday, notes a marked improvement under new headteacher Alison Green.
