GLEN Burden led Higham to victory at home to Caribbean Sports in Division Three of the South Yorkshire League.

Burden made 103 off 89 balls with 15 fours and three sixes, sharing an opening stand of 181 with Greg Walton (76) in Higham’s 273 for seven.

The visitors were bowled out for 181 as Leah Burkinshaw took four wickets then Steven Bamforth claimed five for 15 off nine overs.

Worsbrough Bridge won by five wickets chasing 140 at Bradfield.

Liam Levitt took four for eight off 8.3 overs and Mark Wilkinson struck three times.

James Kennedy made 53.

Worsbrough were then bowled out for 64 in an eight-wicket President’s Trophy loss at Thorncliffe and Wentworth.

Wath 2nd XI’s 183 was not enough in a six-wicket loss to Treeton 2nd XI.

Barnsley Woolley 3rd XI made 181 then removed Upper Haugh 2nd XI for 109.

There were five wickets each for Ethan Shillito and Alex Gough.

Silkstone United dismissed Fishlake for 64 defending 181 in Division Five.

Joe Mosley scored 67 then there were five wickets each for Chris Barraclough and Emilia Rossi.

Green Moor were all out for 73 chasing 156 at Waverley in Division Six.
