Barnsley will find out their fixtures for the 2025/26 League One season tomorrow, with staff and players set to attend a fan event in the town centre.
The new season is due to get underway on August 1-3, with the fixtures expected to be announced at midday on Thursday.
First team staff members are expected at the True North Bar at Market Kitchen in the Glass Works from 11.30am. Supporters are able to attend, with the players and staff sharing their thoughts on the fixtures.
Meanwhile, Barnsley were today drawn in the same EFL Trophy group as League One rivals Lincoln City and League Two Notts County with an under 21s team set to be added.
In League One, promoted clubs Birmingham City, Wrexham and Charlton Athletic have been replaced by Plymouth Argyle, Cardiff City and Luton Town who have dropped down from the Championship.
The Reds’ Yorkshire neighbours Doncaster Rovers and Bradford City have come up from League Two along with Port Vale and AFC Wimbledon, replacing relegated Bristol Rovers, Crawley Town, Cambridge United and Shrewsbury Town.
The EFL Cup draw is also tomorrow.
