BARNSLEY man Elliott Sanderson crashed out on the first day of the World Pool Championships in Saudi Arabia.
The 30-year-old from Stairfoot lost to New Zealand’s Nguyen Henry in his opening match so needed to win two games in the ‘losers’ qualification draw’ to make the last 64. But he was beaten again by Lithuania’s Pijus Labutis.
