Worsbrough Bridge lost on penalties at home to Leeds UFCA in the League Cup on Wednesday.
Finley Durkin opened the scoring in the third minute but the visitors were 2-1 up at half-time. Keelan Grist levelled midway through the second half but Leeds won the shoot-out 5-4.
Worsbrough Bridge are due to host Dearne and District tonight from 7.45pm.
After the Friday derby, Dearne are due to host Wakefield AFC on Tuesday, while Worsbrough visit Louth Town.
Dearne hosted Selby Town in the League Cup on Tuesday and lost 1-0.
