Relegated Barnsley Woolley Miners completed their Yorkshire Premier South season with an 11th straight loss.
They were all out for 154 in an eight-wicket defeat at home to Whitley Hall which left them 30 points adrift at the bottom having won four of 22 games.
Cawthorne lost by eight wickets at Hallam having been bowled out for 143.
They finished eighth, after being second at the halfway point before losing nine of their last ten games.
