A BURLESQUE show is set to be held in Wombwell next month in a bid to raise money for charity.
Each year, Cabalesque Dance put on a show to raise funds for local charities and this year is no different.
On November 14 and 15, locals are invited to attend the show at George Street Theatre in Wombwell.
All the money raised will go towards Briony’s Gift - a charity which supports children and young people with cancer.
Michelle Tudor, a member of the group, said: “For several years I have taught cabaret and burlesque dance to people over 18.
“I have a class at Silverwood Miners’ Welfare Resource Centre in Rotherham on a Monday and Wednesday evenings, and on Thursday evening at George Street Theatre in Wombwell.
“Each year we put on a show and support local charities.
“This year it’s on November 14 and 15 at George Street Theatre and we are supporting Briony’s Gift.”
