PLAYER coach Ryan Burrows went over the whitewash twice as Wath RUFC got back to winning ways with a 31-10 triumph against Yarnbury.

The former Newcastle Falcons back row also picked up a yellow card in the win but his two tries put distance between Wath and their visitors.

Sean Hopper, Adam Clarke and Luke Stead also scored tries and there were three conversions from fly-half Jack Whitlam.

Wath remain in the second automatic promotion spot in Yorkshire One and are three points clear of Keighley.

Division Three Barnsley were held to a 17-17 draw at home to Burley.

In the same division, Dearne Valley edged out Hornsea 24-20 and moved within two points of them at the bottom end of the table.

Division Four Wortley suffered a 31-0 reversal at home against Maltby.
