CAPTAIN Luca Connell says he's happy with his goal on Saturday but the most important thing was the clean sheet.
Reyes Cleary, Patrick Kelly and Connell put Barnsley 3-0 up against Luton at half-time before Tennai Watson and Davis Keillor-Dunn put the game to bed in the second half.
Connell's goal was a fantastic strike on the stroke of half time.
He says he's pleased with the goal but he admitted that the clean sheet is the most important aspect.
On the big win, he said: "You've got to enjoy them when they come around.
"Obviously they don't come around that many times in a season.
"I'm delighted to score but it's mainly the clean sheet.
"We've been conceding some poor goals which we know that we're better than.
"If anyone had seen us on the training pitches they'd know exactly what we were coming to do in the game.
"We knew that we had to be defensively good - Luton are a good side and they're a threat.
"We knew we had to be solid at the back, we worked on it all week."
