BARNSLEY is gearing up for a royal visit next month.
The Princess Royal, Princess Anne, will arrive in the town on December 11.
She will visit GXO on Park Spring Road before heading to Haywood and Padgett on Carlton Industrial Estate.
Princess Anne last paid a visit to Barnsley in 2021 when she opened the NHS Blood and Transplant Blood Centre.
