COREY O'Keeffe believes that Barnsley will be 'flying' once they start to cut out the mistakes.

Omar Bugiel struck twice in three minutes in the first half to cancel out David McGoldrick and Tom Bradshaw's goals, before Marcus Browne thought he’d given his side all three points only for Scott Banks to level it late on.

O'Keeffe said: "I think there was really good things in there and then obviously things that we can work on.

"And once we cut things out, I think we'll be flying because going forward I think we've showed bags of energy and can see how many chances we made today.

"I think just getting that bit right at the other end of the pitch I think would be good for us."

Barnsley have the second-worst defensive record in the division and have conceded three goals in each of their last two league games.

He said: " think Conor was saying they had four shots maybe on target and obviously they scored three and then we've gone and had 18, whatever it is.

"I feel like if we can just cut that out, just these little silly errors and lapse of concentration, I think we'll be on our way."

He admits it's hard to pinpoint exactly what's going wrong - but says the players are working on it day-in day-out.

"It's hard to put a finger on at the moment.

"I think, like I say, sometimes there's individual errors, sometimes there's lapse of concentration.

"But we're all working hard as a team.

"It's not just like defensive issues.

"Sometimes it comes from further up the pitch."
