BRITAIN’S Got Talent winner Colin Thackery is set to perform at Barnsley College’s special VE Day event tomorrow.
Building on last year’s landmark VE80 celebrations, this year’s event will once again bring together students, staff, partners and the wider community to reflect on the anniversary.
A key highlight of the event will be a special performance from Colin Thackery, the 96-year-old winner of Britain’s Got Talent, who will perform ‘I Vow to Thee, My Country’ alongside the Royal Artillery Band.
The event will take place tomorrow (Friday) from 1pm to 1.45pm at the Urban Park at the college’s Old Mill Lane campus.
