Westville secured their seventh trophy of the season in their final game before moving from the Mexborough Sunday League to the Barnsley Sunday League.
They won 6-0 over Ville in the Wath and West Melton Charity Cup final on Sunday.
The scorers were Owen Sykes, twice, Atley Jackson, Jack Birks, Cian Guest and Kieran Hirst.
Westville had already won the Premier Division, League Cup, Challenge Cup, Steve Vennables Trophy, George Jowett Cup and Sheffield Sunday Senior Cup.
They will now play in the Barnsley top flight from next season.
They had won 12-1 at home to The Sly Fox in their final league game.
Luke Sykes scored five and Owen three with the other scorers being Nicky Harper, Cian Guest, Jackson and Birks. They won all 12 of their league games, finishing 14 points clear in first place.
