DODWORTH Miners’ under 12s made history as they became the first of the club’s junior teams to reach a final.
They gained an extra-time 14-10 victory against York Acorn in the semi-final of the Continuation Cup.
They now face Heworth Blacks in the final at Batley Bulldogs’ Stadium on September 5.
