FIVE family members have been bailed having appeared at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court for a raft of alleged animal abuse offences.
Jordan Drury and Jamie Lee Hodgson, both of Newcomen Way, Hoyland, and Teresa Drury, Richard Drury and Rachel Drury, all of Tingle Bridge Lane, Hemingfield, appeared in court on Wednesday.
Charges included failing to provide water or parasite control to eight dogs, six rabbits, a hamster and a ferret.
Jordan, 29, Jamie Lee, 31, Rachel, 31, Richard, 33 and Teresa, 53, will next appear at the court on July 13.
