Young Trinity Anderson is the envy of young girls across Barnsley - after receiving personal Christmas gifts from One Direction's Louis Tomlinson.
Trinity, 10, received two presents, each bearing handwritten tags from the pin-up, during a stay in Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice, where he is a patron.
Trinity, of Storrs Wood View, Cudworth, suffers from a rare genetic disorder called Rett Syndrome meaning she is unable to walk, has learning difficulties, cannot speak and suffers from epilepsy and severe chest infections.
She also has to be fed through a tube into her stomach because of the condition.
But the gifts from the singer from Doncaster - a flashing Fidget interactive toy and a Disney princess book complete with buttons, lights and sounds - put a smile on her face after a brief spell of respite care.
Her mum Sara, 28, was shocked when she went to pick her up and was told of the surprise.
She said the gesture says a great deal for the hospice and was touched by the Doncaster lad's festive thoughtfulness.
