Staff at a town centre hairdressing salon have temporarily dyed their hair pink to highlight breast cancer awareness month.
The hairdressers at Russell Eaton, on Shambles Street, are supporting Yorkshire Haven's 'Yorkshire in Pink' campaign.
Barnsley Central MP Dan Jarvis also called in to offer his support.
Mr Jarvis, whose first wife died of bowel cancer, added: “I’m so very pleased the staff at Russell Eaton have gone that extra mile and dyed their hair pink. Although sadly I don’t have time to do the same, I will do all I can to fly the flag for this extremely worthwhile charity.
