BARNSLEY singing sensation Artex Monkey has penned a play-off song predicting the Reds are going up.
The musician who started a website spoofing the chart-topping Arctic Monkeys is confident ahead of the weekend's big game. He even jokes the proposed Barnsley halo wil shine red if Barnsley win.
He sings everything in Barnsley dialect and even though his new song is not available on his website yet the Chronicle can reveal the lyrics. The song predicts, "Ther'll be an 'alo ovver Barnsley toneet; Cos Barnsley's gooin up; A can feel it in mi watter".
Lets hope every Reds fan will be singing the ditty after the play-off final against Swansea on Saturday. Artex Monkey has also written a World Cup song called My England Dream.
