ONE Direction star Louis Tomlinson will front a campaign to raise money for a new special care baby unit at Barnsley Hospital.
Fundraising manager Katie Cartwright confirmed Louis will be the face of the Tiny Hearts campaign after his mother gave birth to twins in Barnsley in February.
Johanna Poulston, 40, was joined by her popstar son after Ernest and Doris arrived prematurely.
The star was on a break from touring so was able to visit and excited fans took to social media after he was spotted at locations around town.
