THE arson attack on the ASOS warehouse in Barnsley cost the company up to £30m in lost sales.
No-one has been charged for deliberately starting the fire in June which caused the website to suspend orders after the blaze affected 20 per cent of stock at the five-storey building on the former Houghton Main pit site.
The fashion firm said about 70 per cent of its total stock of £159m was held at the warehouse, which is the firm's major global distribution centre.
The fire came just two weeks after Asos issued a profit warning, blaming the strength of the pound, which hurt overseas sales and forced it to launch a series of promotions.
