A PEDESTRIAN suffered serious leg injuries when he was hit by a car as he was attempting to cross Harborough Hill Road.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the man, 44, was struck by a yellow Seat Ibiza at around 7.20pm on Tuesday 21 October.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment for serious injuries.
The driver of the Seat was interviewed under caution and the investigation is ongoing.
Witnesses are asked to call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 935 of 21 October 2014.
