JUMP park could have its football pitch re-drained, its entry road re-laid and play facilities installed after a £100,000 windfall.
The park - widely acknowledged as the worst in the borough - will have the cash splashed as part of an agreement with developers, Beres and Persimmon, who are building a total of 144 homes in the village.
They have donated the money for communal green space as part of a stipulation which allowed their projects to go ahead.
Now residents are being asked for their views on how the money should be spent. There will be a special consultation with councillors and officials this weekend.
