A BURST water pipe has caused mayhem for a Staincross family just before Christmas.
Steve and Annette Guest, of New Road, found nine inches of water in their utility room after a pipe under the road burst on Wednesday.
It blew a six foot hole in the road, which is now cordoned off, and water cascaded into their home.
