A COLOURFUL piece of Barnsley history has been recovered from an estate clearance sale in America.
Daniel Parker, who lives on Prince Arthur Street, Barnsley discovered this old stained glass window on the internet auction website, eBay.
He bought the antique glassware, which features a large Barnsley crest, and is now hoping to sell it at auction.
The window, which is 22 inches square, belonged to a man in Connecticut, and was sold along with the rest of his possessions when he died.
