AN ELSECAR teenager has been called up to represent Great Britain at the taekwondo world championships in South Korea.
Matthew Guest, 13, was selected after winning the bronze medal for Great Britain at the Cadet European Championships in Strasbourg, France.
Dad Martyn, of Church Street, Elsecar, said it was an 'incredible achievement'. He will now face five weeks of intensive training ahead of the championships in August.
