TWO years ago a Mapplewell pub faced closure after a downturn in trade - but will now be closed for a £250,000 makeover.
The Talbot Inn will close on September 7 for 10 days for a £250,000 refurbishment.
Owners David and Leah Lockwood say they want to improve the kitchens and dining experience.
