A MAN who died after an altercation at a family barbecue has been described as a 'hardworking, family man'.
Adrian Fatchett, 52, of Highfield Avenue, Athersley South, suffered serious head injuries at what neighbours said was his stepson's 17th birthday party.
Police were called to the house at about 8.20pm on Saturday following the disturbance.
Paramedics also attended the scene but Mr Fatchett died about 30 minutes later.
