A BARNSLEY woman who successfully reunited her partner's dad with the family he never knew he had wants to help others trace long-lost relatives.
Kat Rodgers managed to track down her own half-sister. She didn't even know what she was called when she started her quest but now the two speak regularly on the phone and text each other, although they still haven't met in person.
When Kat found out her boyfriend's dad Steve Anderton had been adopted as a baby and that he wanted to help track down his birth family, Kat was only too keen to put her sleuthing skills to the test once more.
Last week the Chronicle reported how Kat managed to find Steve had a long-lost brother who had sadly died last year – before either had any idea the other existed.
