A MAN found hanged at his Oxspring home had been fighting addiction to ketamine his mother has revealed - and now she has told dealers who trade in the substance to stay away from his funeral.

Liam Dickinson, 22, had spent around a year in Sydney, Australia, to get away from the circle of friends who were involved with the drug but returned last December because he was homesick.

His mother Jo Sims has used social media to warn those who sell the drug to stay away from St John’s Church in Penistone on Monday, where Liam’s funeral will take place, stating: “My wish is that anyone at all who wishes to come and say goodbye, do so, but what I will say is that any one of you who continues to deal/sell KET or any other substance, stay away.

“I know you all have your own demons but if this tragedy hasn’t taught you anything, then you are not welcome.”
