A WOMBWELL youngster is hoping to follow in the footsteps of his dad - and his big sister - into a life of football.
Joel Hunt, 10, is desperate to get signed up for a football club. He looks up to big sister Jessica who plays with Sheffield United ladies' reserves and who has attracted attention from England selectors.
Jessica, 17, played for Sheffield Wednesday from age 11, but is now in her first season for Sheffield United reserves. She said: “Weekends are all about football. We go to watch Sheffield Wednesday on a Saturday and I play on a Sunday.
“We are top of the league now with two games to go, one of them is against Wednesday.”
