MEASURES are being put in place in an effort to stamp out antisocial behaviour at a hotspot in Cudworth.

Dorothy Hyman Stadium has fallen victim to persistent problems involving youths during recent months, but the centre is now stepping up its plan to eradicate the issue once and for all.

Teenage gangs have been using its car park as a meeting place, hurling abuse at staff and customers and blocking entrances.

Manager Kevan Riggett said: “An action plan has been put in place and we are hopeful that it will alleviate the situation.”
